Yuge Yu delivers Australia wide & Internationally. We use Australia Post Express post satchels/boxes for all Australia deliveries. We use TNT or DHL Courier service for International deliveries.
Deliveries within Australia
Deliveries within Australia can arrive within 1-7 days from the date of order, not including weekends or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows. Delivery costs within Australia $10.00.
International Deliveries
Yuge Yu uses TNT or DHL Courier service for International deliveries. Deliveries made internationally can arrive between 5-10 business days, depending on zone. International deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please indicate your daytime address to ensure it is signed for upon delivery. Delivery costs international: $20 flat rate.
Customs & Import Duty Fees
All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Anyone at your specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Yuge Yu to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address at time of delivery, you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the carrier. You may be required to pay an additional fee. Deliveries will occur between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Exact times cannot be given.
Availability of goods
To the best of our ability we endeavour to ensure that all stock on the website is available and accurate. Some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a full or partial refund. Risk and title Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased please see our return and exchange section below for details on how to proceed with your enquiry.
Price of goods and payment
The price you shall pay for the goods shall be the price specified on the website at the time your order is submitted. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and where applicable, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). International customers, please note that you are responsible for paying any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order.
Payment upon placement of order
You can pay for your goods by any of the methods specified on the website. When paying by credit card, you authorise us to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your order.
Packaging and labeling of goods
All goods dispatched by Yuge Yu will be sent out in the most suitable packaging for the item/s purchased to ensure protection of the item. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be followed.
