Terms and Conditions
This agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and Yuge Yu Pty Ltd (“Yuge Yu”, “Yuge”, “we”, “us”, or “our). The terms and conditions under which you may purchase products from Yuge Yu are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By completing the customer application process, placing an order or registering with our website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Once you submit your order, you cannot cancel the order unless we agree. However, we will allow you to return goods in accordance with the returns policy set out below.  

 
The Agreement
The entire agreement between you and Yuge Yu for the purchase of goods by you from Yuge Yu is: (a) These conditions; and (b) the terms of the order. The agreement exists between you and Yuge Yu once we receive and accept an order. No obligation to sell or supply the goods will arise until the order is received and accepted. Each order may be accepted by Yuge Yu at its absolute discretion. Each order placed with us is a separate agreement.  

 
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that Yuge Yu or its related corporations own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text which appears on the website). You agree that you will make no representation to the contrary, and that you must not use or copy any materials on this website in any manner which is inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that any trade marks or logos which appear on the website are owned by or licensed to Yuge Yu and that you must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trade mark owner or licensee to such trade marks or logos.  

 
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any liability of Yuge Yu arising out of or in connection with any breach of any express or implied terms of warranty or condition in respect of goods or services supplied to you through use of this website will be limited to: (a) if the condition relates to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and (b) if the condition relates to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. You agree that the entire risk arising out of installation, downloading, use or performance of this website remains with you. To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Yuge Yu and its related corporations from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or loss or damage that may reasonably have been supposed to have been in the contemplation of the parties as at the date of this agreement) arising out of or in connection with yugeyu.com or this agreement, including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by the negligence of Yuge Yu or its related corporations.

 
Privacy
We will collect your information for the purpose of supplying you with the goods you order from time to time, and for any other purpose (such as sending you promotional material) that you elect. You consent to us using and disclosing this information to third parties for these purposes. All your personal details will be stored with us. You can access, update, or correct your personal information by contacting us. Yugeyu.com and it's owners do not directly capture or store Credit Card Details. Thy are handled via the ANZ eGate Merchant Plugin and secured with SSL Positive, supplied by Comodo.

 
Security
If you are issued with a password by Yuge Yu upon submitting your personal information and registering as a customer on our website, you agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your password. You are liable if an unauthorised person uses your password. You agree to release and indemnify Yuge Yu in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of your password. Notification of changes Yuge Yu may at any time add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this agreement. Your use of our website and its services will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
